This past Saturday was a very special night at the Jamestown Speedway as the 1st Annual Don Gumke Racers' Memorial took place. The top drivers from around the region were here to compete in the IMCA Modifieds, Wissota Street Stocks as part of the Steffes Tour, and Bombers. The 2020 racing season began on Saturday night at the Jamestown Speedway. The weather was definitely windy, but the racing action was great and the weather held out until after the races had been completed for the night. St Augusta, MN (May 20, 2020) – The WISSOTA Promoters Association board of directors has decided the fate of the 2020 Rookie points season. In consideration of the WISSOTA Rookie rule which states that a driver must not have competed in more than five (5) events in that class, or any higher class, at any track or under any sanction, in any previous years (cumulative).
