The Jamestown Speedway was back in action on Saturday, June 1st for the second time in the 2024 season presented by Dakota Trophy. The weather was beautiful and the track was in awesome condition. Thank you to the track prep crew who worked countless hours this past week to smooth out the track and provided a great dry slick surface for racing. This past Saturday was a very special night at the Jamestown Speedway as the 5th Annual Don Gumke Racers' Memorial took place. The top drivers from around the region were here to compete in the IMCA Modifieds, Wissota Street Stocks, INEX Legends as part of the Legendary Tour in memory of Jeff King, Wissota Midwest Modifieds, Hobby Stocks, and Jr. Slingshots. The Jamestown Speedway was back in action on Wednesday, June 12th for the start of the Stutsman County Fair and a Retro Wednesday Race Night.
