The Jamestown Speedway was back in action on Saturday, July 24th for the NOSA Sprint Car Special. We have to send out a huge thank you to Eddy Funeral Home (Eddy's) for sponsoring the racing action and providing a bunch of giveaways and prizes to our junior fans. The weather was warm, but the track prep crew kept up with the racing surface throughout the night and it provided for lots of great racing. Overall, we had 72 cars in the pits to do battle on Saturday Night as the Wissota Midwest Modifieds and IMCA Modifieds had the night off.

Bombers/Pure Stocks - 15 Cars:
- Winner: Travis Edinger, Runner-Up: Dylan Steele
- Hard Charger: Billy Carow +7 (15th to 8th)
INEX Legends - 21 Cars:
- Winner: Donavin Wiest, Runner-Up: Alex Kukowski
- Hard Charger: Ryan Erdahl +11 (18th to 7th)

- Hard Charger: Bob Banish Jr +5 (6th to 1st), Billie Christ +5 (7th to 2nd), & Kasey Ussatis +5 (12th to 7th)
Really good race with lots of great battles, especially for the lead with a four-car battle between Jason Berg, Spencer Johnson, Billie Christ, and Bob Banish Jr, as Banish took the lead with 2 laps remaining.
NOSA Sprint Cars - 14 Cars:
- Winner: Brendan Mullen, Runner-Up: Wade Nygaard
- Hard Charger: Zach Omdahl +6 (13th to 7th)
Jr./Sr. Slingshots - 6 Cars:

We really appreciate everyone's support at the Jamestown Speedway and we have to thank everyone for coming out. We will by off from racing for the next 2 weekends. Next weekend, the North Dakota Governor's Cup is occurring at the Dacotah Speedway in Mandan and the following week (August 7th), the Sheyenne Speedway is hosting a special event. Please join us on August 14th for the Wissota NLRA Late Model Special with all regular classes running! The gates open at 5:30 pm and racing action begins at 7:00 pm.
