The Jamestown Speedway was back in action on Sunday, July 4th for the Fireworks Spectacular presented by R.M. Stoudt Inc and we have to send a huge thank you out to the Cavendish Farms employees for hosting the fireworks show to conclude the evening. The weather was HOT and it definitely created a dry slick track for racing and provided challenges throughout the night. There was still a lot of good racing and tons of hard-fought battles. Overall, we had 101 cars in the pits to do battle on Sunday Night.

Next week Saturday, July 10th is the opening night of the 32ND ANNUAL DAKOTA CLASSIC MODIFIED TOUR presented by Corral Sales RV at the Jamestown Speedway. The IMCA Modifieds and IMCA Stock Cars will be running for an increased purse for the start of the 6 night tour. The grandstand gates open at 5:30 pm and racing action begins at 7:00 pm.
