The 2025 racing season concluded this past weekend at the Jamestown Speedway for Championship Night of the 54th Annual Jamestown Stock Car Stampede. The racing action was intense all weekend as weather played a major factor in the Stock Car Stampede for 2025. The Stampede was delayed due to rain and wet conditions on Friday, September 19th and the show was moved back to Saturday, September 20th with heat races and consi races for all classes with no dashes due to the adjusted schedule, and then, feature races to crown the 54th Annual Jamestown Stock Car Stampede Champions on a Sunday afternoon, September 21st. For a day race, the feature races were entertaining and several of the feature races contained multiple battles for the lead and 2 to 3 wide racing throughout the field. We have to thank all of the drivers and fans for weathering the delays this weekend and joining us for Stampede. We truly appreciate all of the support.
In total, we had 292 cars, which is an awesome turnout at the Stock Car Stampede! Thank you everyone for joining us for Stock Car Stampede weekend.
Our thoughts and prayers are also with Laine Schwehr and the entire Schwehr family as Laine took a terrible rollover on Friday night in his heat race that required him to have surgery on his back. He is resting just fine and we are praying and hoping for a full recovery for Laine.
