The 2025 racing season continued on Saturday night at the Jamestown Speedway with a very special event. The Jamestown Speedway hosted the 7th Annual Jeff Carpenter Memorial Race for the Wissota Midwest Modifieds and it was also High Heel Race Night at the Speedway. There were a total of 27 Wissota Midwest Modifieds in attendance and we have to thank Tony Smith, Randy Klein, Scott Bintz, the Carpenter Family, friends, supporters, devoted sponsors, and more for helping to host the Carpenter Memorial on Saturday and raise over $15,000 for the purse! The racing action was hot and heavy throughout the night. We have to thank the TOGSTAD C.A.R.E. Fund for sponsoring on Saturday and providing gas and restaurant cards for cancer patients at JRMC. With the communities support, they have raised almost $90,000 to support research in our community.
It was also the INEX Legends National Qualifier night and the Junior Slingshots Night 2 of their National tour this weekend.
The weather was beautiful on Saturday and the track was quite racy throughout the night. There were multiple side-by-side battles and drivers could run all over the track. We had a total of 106 cars in the pits! We have to thank all of the drivers, fans, and track workers that came out to enjoy the action on Saturday night and honor Jeff Carpenter.
